How to log in to your NORSTAR

  1. Connect your computer or phone to the router's Wi-Fi network, or plug an Ethernet cable into one of its LAN ports.
  2. Open a web browser and visit http://192.168.1.1 (paste it in the address bar, not the search bar).
  3. Enter the default username and password shown above. They are case-sensitive.
  4. If the credentials are rejected the password has been changed. Hold the router's reset button for 10 seconds to restore factory defaults, then try again.
